Hello, my name is Theodore J. Burns. I am a therapist at Parallels with an office in both Lincoln and York, NE. I graduated with Masters of Arts in Counseling at Doane College, located in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I have also co-authored a workbook with Dr. John Herdman. I run an Outpatient Program for persons who have abused alcohol and/or drugs, evaluations, and mental health counseling, using a solution-focused and cognitive behavioral approach.
