FEES AND INSURANCE

Appointments for an evaluation or class require payment at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment.  Payment for counseling services or treatment programs at Parallels requires payment at the time of services are rendered, unless a client has made other arrangements.  Payments may be made in cash, by check, VISA or MASTERCARD, and Parallels accepts many (but not all ) insurance.
 
Treatment programs require a down payment deposit.
 
Our knowledgeable support service staff is available Monday through Friday to answer any questions you may have regarding our services.  It is recommended that clients check their insurance policy or call their insurance representative to determine the extent of policy coverage.  It is the clients responsibility to pay any deductibles and/or portion of their balance their insurance company does not pay.
We offer extended six-month payment plans.
