The goals of our programs are to help our clients stay out of trouble in their life, both with the law, job or relationships and to give clients decision-making, problem solving and life skills so that they can make positive changes in their life.

The counselors here at Parallels provide solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy skills and techniques to help you make the needed changes. We believe that each person has the capacity for positive change.

Parallels is a mental health practice and is licensed by the State of Nebraska as an outpatient alcohol and drug agency.
